RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Cecelia is a unique designer brand with limited inventory and sizing for each seasonal collection. We appreciate your understanding when making a return or exchange if items do not fit. Please read our policies carefully:

ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION: Please try your shoes on a soft surface (e.g., carpet). Shoes with marks on the soles cannot be refunded. We cannot accept items for return or exchange if worn or damaged. Returns must include the original box and packaging. Items postmarked beyond 14 days will be denied.

HOLIDAY SEASON UPDATE 2023: Exchanges will be accepted through January 15, 2024.

RETURNS: Shoes must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging. If items are not received in good condition, store credit will be issued instead of a cash refund. A $7.95 return fee applies to all returns. Items purchased with first-time buyer discount codes are eligible for full refund. Eligible returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt (up to 21 days from purchase). Returns made between 21–35 days will be issued as store credit to be used at cecelianyshoes.com.

If returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift, include the gift with your return. Keeping the bonus gift will result in a charge for its value.

EXCHANGES: Shoes must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging. Your first exchange is free. Exchanges must be requested within 35 days of purchase for an item of equal or lesser value. If you select a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method for full-price items or issued as store credit for sale items. Submitting an exchange request does not reserve inventory. If we cannot fulfill your exchange, a refund or store credit will be issued according to our return policies.

SALE ITEMS: Sale items are eligible only for exchange or store credit within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: Price adjustments are available within 7 days for items purchased at regular price if the same item is found at a lower price. The difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
